SCOPE: This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Department and organization in establishing financial budgeting and reporting disciplines, supporting tactical and strategic analytics and generally supporting the creation of transparent financial reporting and budgeting processes. Financial analysts must have the ability to effectively communicate across as they interact with management, project team leaders, business unit and department managers. This position reports to the Divisional Controller in the Finance Department. SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES \& DELIVERABLES * Preparing profit and loss models, balance sheets and other management reports, using Planful, excel or other tools to forecast financial outcomes * Support in maintaining and enhancing reporting systems (Planful, NetSuite) and processes. * Maintaining confidential financial information * Performing budgeting variance and forecasting analysis for various levels of management * Responsible for the reliable and accurate monthly, quarterly and ad\-hoc reporting requirements for the corporation, business units and departments * Pulling data to develop recurring or one\-time financial reports with a focus on ...
