Join our mission\-driven team as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients who need it most. **Your Role \& Impact** The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing prescribed medications, drugs and other pharmaceuticals as needed for adequate patient care, according to professional standards and practices. In addition, the Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing patients and providers with therapeutic assessments and selected disease management, working toward improving patient and practice outcomes. **What We’re Looking For :** **Schedule:** **Part time hours: Wednesday, Thursday, 8am to 5 pm, on Friday 9am to 6pm, and Thurs, Friday the following week, for a total of 40 hours biweekly.
