**AMT is an ISO 9001 certified precision machine shop located in the Des Moines area. We provide milling, turning, waterjet cutting, and fabrication services. We are open 4 days a week (Mon\-Thurs), in 10 hour shifts.** **This position is for first shift (6am\-4:30pm).** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant who will create and maintain accounting systems that ensure accuracy of financials and run the front office. This will require a large amount of ownership of the accounting systems. As Subject Matter Expert (SME) on accounting, this person will perform all accounting functions and interact with the manufacturing software as it relates and integrates with the account systems. **Key Responsibilities** * **Vendor Invoicing:** Receive, input and manage all vendor invoices. Assure said invoice match the internal systems and reconcile any discrepancies. Perform vendor payments and apply to vendor invoices. * **Customer Invoicing:** Integrate JobBoss software to create customer invoices.
