Local Santa Barbara construction company looking for an experienced project manager to join our team. Seeking someone with great communication, computer, and organizational skills. Must have an understanding of the construction process and know how to interpret plans/specs. In person postition. Someone local to SB, Ventura, or Santa Ynez valley areas preferred. Thank you Roles and responsibilities * Bidding and estimating * Represent the company on pre\-bid job walks ask pertinent questions and relay site visit * information to other team members and trade contractors as required * Analize plans and specs. Write scopes of work and assemble subcontractor bid packs. Issue * invitation to bid. Follow up with calls * Orchestrate and manage trade\-contractor site visits * Analyze trade\-contractor estimates for scope accuracy and completeness * Selecting, negotiating, contracting, and coordinating the work of sub\-contractors * Adhering to proper administration of construction contracts and contract documents * Create and maintained project master schedule.
