General Responsibilities: Provides proposal generation support for offices by maintaining collateral and creating customized content to meet project\-specific requirements. Looking for a candidate who can start in January 2027\. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: * Read, understand, and respond to project\- and client\-specific Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposals. * Write new content and edit resumes, project descriptions, and management plans to support proposal messaging. * Research and gather information for proposals and presentations, including resumes, forms, and supporting documentation. Format, edit, and rewrite content as necessary to meet project requirements. * Use Pursuit Project Plans to organize information, deadlines, and action items for office pursuit teams. * Conduct market research on clients and project pursuits to provide new insights, strengthen team knowledge, and support win strategies. * Organize and maintain a content library of resumes, project descriptions, photographs, standard narratives, and submitted SOQs/proposals. * Organize events and trade shows. * Develop local and regional marketing collateral and assist the communications team...
