We are partnering with a leading global automotive manufacturer to staff a brand\-new battery pack assembly plant in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This is a rare chance to help build a greenfield operation from the ground up. **The Opportunity** As Area Manufacturing Manager, you will lead a battery pack assembly area at a greenfield site. You will build the people, processes and culture that make a new plant succeed. You will set and deliver performance goals, apply Lean Manufacturing principles, and use manufacturing execution systems (MES) and real\-time data to improve operations. In partnership with other Area Managers and cross\-functional teams, the Area Manager supports the standardized rollout and continuous improvements of Key Unifying Processes (KUP), represents the plant during launch, and develops employees and leaders through visible, inclusive leadership.
