**Your Impact** --------------- As the **Ecommerce Site Merchandising Supervisor**, you’ll help shape how customers discover, browse, and shop products on FleetFarm.com. You’ll lead the day\-to\-day site merchandising experience, ensuring categories, navigation, product pages, and promotional experiences are organized, relevant, and optimized to drive conversion. You’ll lead and develop a team of Site Merchandisers while using customer behavior, site analytics, and testing insights to identify opportunities and continually improve the digital shopping experience.
