Overview: The Senior Project Manager supports Freedom Source, Suffolk's supply chain and procurement division, by directing the planning, procurement, coordination, and execution of complex supply chain initiatives that support Suffolk Construction projects. This role provides senior\-level leadership and partners closely with Operations, Preconstruction, Estimating, Project Management, Superintendents, Trade Partners, and suppliers to develop and execute procurement strategies that optimize cost, schedule, quality, and risk while ensuring successful project delivery. Serving as a senior trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, the Senior Project Manager provides strategic oversight of sourcing, procurement, logistics, vendor performance, and supplier relationships to ensure materials and equipment are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project objectives. This role also contributes to the continued growth of Freedom Source by establishing scalable procurement processes, strengthening strategic supplier partnerships, and advancing operational best practices.
