**Contract Developer — ColdFusion to PHP Migration** Senior full\-stack · Contract · Fully remote **Location:** Fully remote (U.S.) **Engagement:** Contract, hourly **Rate:** $50–$75 / hour **Focus area:** Legacy ColdFusion migration to a modern PHP framework **COLDFUSION FLUENCY IS REQUIRED ON DAY ONE** This engagement is too short to learn ColdFusion on. We need someone who can open an undocumented CFML codebase in week one and tell us what it does. Candidates with only casual exposure, or who plan to come up to speed on the job, will not be considered. **ABOUT THE ROLE** We are looking for a senior full\-stack contract developer with real depth in both ColdFusion and PHP to lead the migration of a legacy web application to a modern PHP framework. This is a hands\-on technical role, not an advisory one. You will read, analyze, and decipher an existing ColdFusion codebase — including undocumented logic and legacy patterns — and re\-architect that logic into clean, scalable PHP.
