**Job Overview** We are looking for an experienced, hands\-on Operations Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of a growing dumpster and portable toilet rental company. This position is responsible for keeping our office, drivers, trucks, equipment, and daily routes running efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working both in an office environment and in the field. This is a hands\-on management position. The Operations Manager will coordinate drivers and routes, handle customer and operational issues, monitor vehicles and equipment, and step in to drive when needed due to staffing or scheduling issues.
