We are seeking a dependable, customer\-focused Resident Self\-Storage Facility Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of an established self\-storage facility in the Chesterfield County area. This is a full\-time, salaried position that includes a 3\-bedroom, 2\-bathroom, approximately 1,800\-square\-foot on\-site residence as part of the compensation package. The selected manager is required to reside on the property. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, comfortable working independently, computer literate, and genuinely enjoys working with customers. Self\-storage experience is helpful but not required for a candidate with strong customer service, administrative, or property\-management experience.
