**Regional Sales Manager** **FLSA Classification:** Exempt **Job Summary** The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales, support and oversight of all ayrloom branded products to licensed dispensaries in the assigned region. This position will report directly to the Sales Director. **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** *Include but are not limited to* * Serve as the primary brand ambassador for ayrloom within the assigned region, representing the company with professionalism and integrity. * Develop and execute territory\-specific sales strategies to drive the distribution, visibility, and velocity of ayrloom products. * Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure comprehensive representation of the ayrloom portfolio across the region. * Establish and maintain direct communication channels with owners, buyers and inventory managers at all designated dispensaries. * Prepare and submit bi\-weekly business plans to effectively manage and track regional performance. * Actively participate in weekly sales conference calls to align strategies and share market insights. * Plan, market, and coordinate events, including in\-store consumer acti...
