Succeed.** **\#BeHere** **Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.** **This job is HYBRID.** **FTE: 1\.000000** **Standard Hours: 40\.00** **Shift: Shift 1** **Job Summary:** Responsible for the quality assurance monitoring and improvement of the transplant center data systems (EPIC PHOENIX and UNOS data systems). Develops and implements quality system measures of key activities within the transplant programs for purposes of maintaining regulatory compliance with the Centers for Medicare \& Medicaid Services (CMS) and the United Network of Organ Sharing (UNOS). Performs SRTR compliance monitoring. Frequent reviews new policies, procedures and changing compliance guidelines of federal regulatory agencies. Serves as the point person for Transplant Center surveys including CMS, UNOS and The Joint Commission (TJC). **EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:** Minimum of one year of transplant coordinator or inpatient nursing experience is required.
