**What to Expect** Tesla is seeking a Structural Steel Detailing Lead to support the design and delivery of critical infrastructure projects, including industrial, manufacturing, data center, semiconductor, and other high\-tech facilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in structural steel detailing, connection design, and fabrication\-ready deliverables, along with the ability to lead a detailing team while remaining hands\-on with production work. This role is a working lead who will guide the steel detailing effort on complex projects, develop standards, mentor detailers, to produce high\-quality shop drawings and model\-based deliverables.
