We are seeking an experienced, results\-driven **Area Director of Sales** to lead the commercial strategy for a growing portfolio of **three Spark by Hilton hotels** located in **Hilton Head Island, Summerville, and Orangeburg, South Carolina**. With responsibility for a **$7\.8 million revenue portfolio**, this is a true ownership opportunity. You'll develop and execute the sales strategy, cultivate key business relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and partner closely with operations and revenue management to maximize market share and profitability.
