Position Summary Howard Fertilizer \& Chemical is seeking a hands\-on Operations Site Manager to lead our Lake Placid bulk dry fertilizer facility. This role oversees receiving, storage, formulation and blending, loading, inventory control, order fulfillment, shop and maintenance activities, and facility upkeep. The manager is responsible for safe, efficient, and cost\-effective daily operations, accurate fertilizer blends, reliable equipment, and dependable customer service. Reporting to the Site Director in Groveland, this leader will maintain operating standards, develop employees, and implement practical improvements that support site profitability. The manager owns daily site execution and escalates major spending, staffing, and operational decisions to the Site Director within company approval guidelines.
