Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Performs routine professional accounting duties requiring limited independent judgment. * Monitors, audits and reconciles departmental accounts. * Advises management of cash deficits in the course of performing accounts payable functions, including entering invoices into Quickbooks, paying vendors, and reimbursing staff and members for expenses using the organizations expense reimbursement software (Emburse). * Maintains databases and assimilates financial and statistical data. * Experience with Quickbooks Online or similar accounting software * Experience with membership software or other similar databases a plus * Experience in preparing receipt batches from bank information to accounting software and insuring the accuracy of this data transfer * Experience with expense reimbursement a plus * Researches and creates new accounts and codes. * Prepares journal tra...
