**Summary:** Under the direction of the Quality Control Manager, the Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day\-to\-day activities of Inventory Control Associates and Customer Service Representatives. This role supports operational efficiency by ensuring inventory accuracy, quality standards, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company procedures while promoting a safe and productive work environment. **Essential Functions:** * Check specifications of materials loaded or unloaded against information contained in work orders. * Estimate material, time, and staffing requirements for projects based on work orders, job specifications, and operational needs. * Inform designated associates or departments of damaged, missing, or problematic items. * Conduct and oversee inventory counts and inventory control activities as needed. * Review work throughout operational processes and upon completion to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. * Transmit and explain work assignments, procedures, and expectations to Inventory Associates. * Review records and reports related to production, payroll, shipping, and inventory a...
