**Position Overview** The Installation Team Leader is responsible for serving as the primary contact person for the in\-market installation team members and is to direct work processes while at the jobsites. The position leads the install team to install new Pella windows and doors in both new construction and replacement applications and will be involved in recovery situations. The Installation Team Leader also strives and inspires others to achieve and maintain 100% “Very Satisfied” customers. Participates with members of the management team in developing strategies to ensure the business’ continued growth and profitability. Works with other business leaders to improve the overall customer experience. **Responsibilities/Accountabilities includes the following but not limited to** * Responsible for leading the daily work of non\-exempt employees on the jobsite.
