The role manages the business processes that let MACC buy, approve, and track IT for ships, aircraft, uncrewed systems, and facilities nationwide. The Specialist runs FITARA and IT investment approvals, supports acquisitions from requirements through award, and maintains configuration, change, and IT asset records.
