For Earth For Life JOB OVERVIEW The District Field Service Manager (DFSM) works to support the divisional service department activities with focus on both day to day office administration and field service team management. A high focus will be on development of the FSM ability to support innovation, growth, product quality improvement and be the voice for the customer and dealer within Kubota. The DFSM will also help facilitate technical and professional training at the Division training center. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines: * Lead, guide and monitor assigned Field Service Managers (FSMs) in all aspects of dealer service operations support including, but not limited to, dealer development, technical machine support, customer dispute resolution and aftersales profitability. * Mentor the FSMs to develop working relationships with their dealers that exhibit mutual accountability and respect. * Work together with FSMs and dealers to bring about continual improvement of the customer experience of Kubota products. * Visit dealers wit...
