#### **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * Manage fleet performance across the Rental Services division to maximize utilization, availability, and profitability. * Analyze fleet data to identify shortages, surpluses, aging equipment, and underperforming assets, and implement corrective actions. * Develop fleet acquisition, forecasting, budgeting, and disposal strategies to optimize asset lifecycle management. * Collaborate with Caterpillar and other OEM partners on equipment quoting, ordering, delivery schedules, and vendor relationships. * Partner with rental sales teams to ensure fleet composition aligns with customer demand and business objectives. * Work closely with service and operations leaders to improve fleet readiness, support new equipment offerings, and drive operational efficiency. * Provide inventory and equipment recommendations to leadership while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business. **RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS** ============================== * High school diploma or equivalent. * Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or similar fields. * 7\-10\+ years of equipment rental, construction equipment, fleet management, maintenance manage...
