**Position Summary** The Procurement Specialist works directly with the Sr. Director, US East Rail Business, Strategic Sourcing \& Commercial, to support Hyundai Rotem USA’s procurement activities. This role owns assigned sourcing packages, supplier negotiations, contract preparation and procurement follow\-up, working closely with Engineering, Quality, Project Management, Production, and Korean headquarters. The ideal candidate has hands\-on manufacturing procurement experience, strong contract and price negotiation skills, and the technical aptitude to understand supplier scope and engineering requirements. **Job Responsibilities** * Manage assigned RFQ/RFP/PTS packages, supplier sourcing, qualification, quotation follow\-up and sourcing recommendations against cost, quality and schedule targets. * Review and negotiate supplier terms and conditions, purchase orders, NDAs and statements of work, with management and Legal support as appropriate. * Address payment terms, delivery commitments, warranties, delay damages, liability and other commercial risks; obtain required approvals before committing the company. * Maintain contract deviation logs, negotiation records and open\-item ...
