### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs * Hours: 36 hrs/wk * Start Date: Nov 9, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a 13\-week night shift assignment requiring a CO or compact RN license and ICU experience with NIHSS certification. ### **Details** * Acute care Level 2 Trauma ICU setting with 36 beds * 1:2 nurse\-to\-patient ratio * Night shift schedule with 12\-hour shifts * Required to self\-schedule a minimum of six weekend shifts per six\-week schedule * Holiday coverage required * Floating required as first priority, with potential to float within Zone 1 if extreme need arises * Charge nurse takes an assignment * 24/7 in\-house hospitalist/intensivist and respiratory therapy coverage * Uses Epic EMR * Common diagnoses include abdominal pain, chest pain, fever, cough, dyspnea, headache, injury, and extremity pain * RNs responsible for titrating drips including vasopressors, inotropes, sedatives, analgesics, and specialized medications * RT equipment used includes CPAP, BiPAP, high flow, and ventilators * No tele/monitor techs on unit * Self\-scheduling and block scheduling offered ### **Requirements** *...
