**Assistant Controller** *Lindsay Precast — Corporate* **Reports To** Controller **Division** Corporate **FLSA Status** Exempt, Full\-Time **Experience** 10\+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management experience **Education** Master's degree in Accounting or Finance **Position Summary** The Assistant Controller oversees the corporate accounting function, including the monthly close process, financial reporting, and consolidation of results across the organization. This role manages the corporate accounting staff, leads the annual financial audit and income tax filings, and is responsible for establishing sound accounting policies, internal controls, and standardized processes in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
