Epic Home Health Services is currently seeking candidates for home health visits. We are preparing to launch medical staffing services shortly. In this role, you will provide direct patient care to a diverse population and manage documentation. This position could lead to a full\-time role in which case benefits would be provided: Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.. We provide training and staff assistance for our software systems. Position Requirements: For Home Health Assignments: \- Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility. \- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance. \- SSN card, TB test, and Physical Exam. \- CPR/BLS card and Immunization records. For other Staffing Assignments: \- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance. \- SSN card, TB test, and Physical Exam. \- CPR/BLS card and Immunization records. Compensation: Pay is on a per\-diem (per\-visit) basis for Home Health Visits, And Hourly for Staffing assignments. Most Home Health visits typically include drive time and approximately 20\-40 minutes of therapy.
