**Job Summary** Island Vintage Coffee is looking for a confident, service\-minded Guest Service Specialist Manager to help shape the overall guest experience while keeping the front of house organized, efficient, and welcoming. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, developing team members, and making sure every part of the guest journey reflects the Island Vintage Coffee standard. This position is responsible for coordinating the full service experience \- from the moment guests arrive through checkout and departure.
