This individual will lead change management workstreams for complex business and technology transformation initiatives, helping clients prepare their organizations, leaders, and employees for meaningful and sustainable change. The OCM Manager will work closely with client executives, business leaders, functional teams, technology stakeholders, and **globally distributed teams** to assess organizational impacts, develop change strategies, drive stakeholder alignment, and increase adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
