**Essential Job Functions** **Strategic Marketing \& Planning:** * Design, implement, maintain, and expand the overall marketing plan and develop new marketing strategies that support long\-range goals and revenue objectives. * Analyze market data, guest demographics, and competitive landscape to identify key local and regional populations with propensity for gaming and entertainment. * Develop marketing plans for amenities, special projects, events, and new business initiatives. * Participate in formulating and administering company policies and long\-range goals and objectives. * Submit recommendations for marketing programs, promotions, and group sales initiatives. **Group Sales \& Tour Development:** * Develop and manage the group sales program, including charter bus and tour operator partnerships. * Identify, develop, and maintain business relationships with tour operators, travel coordinators, and group organizers. * Develop, monitor, and optimize all tour and bus group business to the property. * Establish and oversee commission and incentive programs for groups and partners. * Serve as primary liaison with corporate and group partners regarding all group needs, logistics, a...
