Job Duties The duties for this position include about are not limited to the following:  Supervises residents in the preparation and serving of meals, while using appropriate staffing levels Follows all menus/recipes accurately and schedules meal preparation so that food is served on time. Compliance with appropriate health/safety standards and regulations. Over sees the inventory/rotation of food and supplies and makes Office Administrator aware of needs. Maintains inventory of all kitchen items including utensils, tools and knives. Ensures safety and security in the use of all equipment. Documents/updates the following: AM/PM Cleaning Sheets, Chemical Log, Cooler/Freezer Temps, Dishwasher Temps, Daily Food Temp Log, Deep Cleaning List, Special Diet Restrictions, Monitors behavior of residents and completes necessary reports. Participates in treatment\-related meetings. Actively participates in any other assigned duties. Qualifications One (1\) year experience in food preparation preferred. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Possession of a valid driver's license; insurability reviewed. Must be able to be contacted via telephone. Pay: From $19\....
