Position Summary The Controller is a key financial leader responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the company’s accounting and financial reporting. This role requires prior Controller experience in a manufacturing environment and demonstrated success managing and developing accounting professionals. The Controller will oversee accounting operations, financial close, internal controls, cost accounting, inventory, fixed assets, audits, and compliance while building a strong, accountable team. Key Responsibilities **Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate, timely financial statements and reconciliations.** Oversee general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and fixed assets. **Maintain effective internal controls, safeguard company assets, identify financial risks, and correct process or control deficiencies.** Manage product costing, margins, inventory valuation, manufacturing variances, and related financial reporting. **Coordinate external audits, tax matters, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements with internal and external partners.** Partner with executive leadersh...
