This position manages project budgets, schedules, permitting, and field inspections, while also serving as a primary community resource for public outreach, water conservation programs, and customer service inquiries regarding water quality and project requirements of our member\-owned, not\-for\-profit water utility serving Sanibel and Captiva Islands. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Assists with engineering modifications, upgrades, and expansions across distribution and production systems. * Performs and coordinates detailed utility design, hydraulic modeling, and engineering plan reviews for internal and developer\-submitted projects. * Determines appropriate water meter sizing for new, upgraded, or modified customer services. * Utilizes AutoCAD for drafting and design, and ArcGIS with handheld GPS devices to collect field data and maintain infrastructure mapping. * Provid...
