### **Summary** WE'RE HIRING PART\-TIME CONTENT \& MARKETING MANAGER Location: Tempe, AZ \| Hybrid Hours: 15\-20 hours per week Compensation: $25\-$35/hour, based on experience ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Murphy Group is looking for an organized, self\-directed marketing professional to take ownership of our content, video production and marketing campaigns. We're an established, high\-producing real estate team expanding our presence in Arizona. We're looking for someone who can take ideas and turn them into finished, published and distributed marketing. We're especially interested in someone who understands how to connect content, digital marketing and direct\-mail campaigns to generate actual business opportunities. You won't be expected to do everything yourself. We have administrative support, and we believe in using AI and technology to work smarter. Your job is to direct the process, coordinate resources and make sure the work gets done. This is not an administrative assistant or general office management position.
