**Role:** The primary role of this position is to serve as the operational lead for daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activities that support the Credit Union's strategic goals, membership growth, brand awareness, and community presence. The Marketing \& Communications Manager oversees the day\-to\-day execution of marketing initiatives from planning through completion, ensuring projects are well\-organized, coordinated, and delivered on time. Responsibilities include establishing project plans and timelines; coordinating with internal departments and external vendors; developing content and creative; reviewing deliverables for quality and accuracy; prioritizing action items and monitoring progress; and evaluating campaign performance.
