We are searching for a Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for training and development of warehouse staff, efficiency of warehouse operations and overall divisional warehouse functions. **Responsibilities Include:** * Responsible for recommendations and execution of procedures involving shipping, receiving, inventory and all aspects of warehouse procedures, including communication with purchasing and sales. * Support and enforce safety programs and guidelines. * Select, train, direct and motivate employees. * Appraise performance and recommend salary actions. * Direct day and night warehouse crew and delivery drivers through Lead personnel. * Schedule and insure accurate receiving and put away of stock. * Insure delivery trucks are safely and accurately loaded. * Insure drivers demonstrate outstanding customer service and safe working and driving habits. * Insure all DOT rules and regulations are strictly enforced. * Responsible for maintaining safe working conditions in warehouse, including safe storage of hazardous products. * Additional duties or special projects as assigned. **The Ideal Candidate Will Have:** * Prior management experience ...
