This role is pivotal in providing top\-notch patient care through effective triage and remote patient monitoring. The ideal candidate will be a self\-starter, comfortable with technology, and have a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients. ***This role is a HYBRID POSITION. You will be in office four days a week and one day REMOTE.
