We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and final closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience working for a commercial general contractor who is ready to take the next step toward a Project Manager role. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients to coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, track schedules and costs, and resolve issues before they affect project execution. Key Responsibilities * Support the day\-to\-day management of commercial construction, renovation, tenant improvement, and related projects. * Assist with project activities from preconstruction and procurement through construction, turnover, and closeout. * Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, consultants, Superintendents, and field teams to keep project deliverables on track. * Prepare, distribute, track, and close out RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence. * Review drawings, s...
