**Position Title:** Manager III **Reports To:** District Manager **Department:** Stores **FLSA Status:** Exempt POSITION SUMMARY As a Manager III with America’s Thrift, each day brings challenging and meaningful work in a fast\-paced retail and production environment. The Manager III is responsible for inspiring the store leadership team and team members to live out the America’s Thrift mission and values while upholding company culture. In partnership with the District Manager and Store Leadership Team, this role leads the location’s financial and operational performance, including budgeting, financial reporting, profit and loss, donated\-product quality, loss prevention, pricing, production, merchandising, customer relations, and community engagement. The Manager III builds a strong team through hiring, training, coaching, succession planning, and development while creating an environment for personal and professional growth.
