### **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Construction Controller** to oversee the financial operations of our growing subcontracting business. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, job costing, project profitability, cash flow, billing, collections, and accounting operations across multiple active construction projects. The ideal candidate understands the unique financial demands of a subcontractor, including **progress billing, retainage, change orders, certified payroll, subcontractor and vendor management, labor costing, project closeout, and contract compliance**.
