**Residential Painting Sales Representative – Commission Based** MR ESPANA LLC is looking for a motivated and professional Sales Representative to help grow our residential painting business throughout Northern Virginia. **Responsibilities:** * Generate new residential painting leads * Meet with homeowners and potential clients * Visit properties and identify project needs * Take measurements, photos, and project information * Prepare and present estimates * Follow up with potential customers * Close sales and maintain good customer relationships **Services We Offer:** Interior \& Exterior Painting, Drywall Repairs, Deck Painting \& Staining, Power Washing, Limewash, Venetian Plaster, and other residential improvement services. **Compensation:** Commission\-based position with strong earning potential.
