**Overview** G\&B Construction Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced **Construction Superintendent** to oversee **3–4 field crews across multiple active projects**. Our work includes excavation, utilities, concrete, paving, and municipal roadway improvements. We’re looking for a hands\-on leader who can plan ahead, coordinate crews, and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. **Responsibilities** * Supervise foremen and crews across several job sites. * Coordinate daily schedules, manpower, equipment, and material deliveries. * Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of work. * Read plans and specifications and resolve field issues. * Enforce company safety policies and maintain organized job sites. * Communicate with project managers, office staff, inspectors, and owners. **Qualifications** * Experience supervising multiple crews and construction projects. * Strong background in sitework, excavation, utilities, concrete, or paving. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to anticipate problems and manage competing priorities. * Valid driver’s license; OSHA 30\. **Benefits** * Company truck * Full medical benefits * 401(k) ...
