**Job Summary** Provides and implements tailored physical therapy treatment programs across all age groups, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care. **Qualifications** Education * High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required) * Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) (required); relevant education accepted for candidates prior to 2015 Experience * Preferred: at least one year of clinical experience Certifications \& Licensure * Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required within 90 days of start) * Licensed Physical Therapist from the licensing board * Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) Certification
