Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Senior Research Associate** to join our analytical development molecular biology team. This role will lead and execute high\-quality **single\-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA\-seq) sample processing and library preparation** to support clinical research programs. The successful candidate will bring deep hands\-on expertise in single\-cell workflows—from tissue and cell preparation through library construction, quality control, and sequencing submission—and will serve as a technical resource for experimental design, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and technology evaluation.
