**JOB DESCRIPTION** As a Senior Associate within the Consumer Bank Marketing Engagement \& Communication team, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage key retail marketing initiatives. This role offers a chance to contribute to campaigns that increase retention, financial health, and digital adoption across the Consumer Bank, as part of a rewarding and dynamic work environment. You'll be responsible for end\-to\-end creative development, execution, and management of onboarding and engagement campaigns across digital and direct mail channels.
