**JOB SUMMARY** The **Brand Operations Senior Manager** leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of brand programs that translate strategy into consistent, executable hotel experiences across a multi\-brand portfolio. This senior individual contributor independently leads multiple complex initiatives from concept through implementation and measurement, combining strategic thinking, operational expertise, data, and financial considerations to strengthen the guest experience and support owner and operator performance. The role evaluates opportunities, develops recommendations, leads pilots and implementation planning, and drives alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
