**WHY DO WE NEED YOU?** The Inventory Manager will ensure there are adequate parts available to service both manufacturing and sales needs at all times. Incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and controlling inventory via cycle counts, physical inventory, confirming goods received and shipping as per company procedure. The position will also manage the storeroom associates to ensure the proper application of CertainTeed vision and standards and they’re following proper procedures and meeting goals. **Monitor inventory on a daily basis for accuracy and plant needs:** * Visually walk the crib and monitor shelves for proper stock levels * Perform cycle counts or as business needs permit * Utilize SAP to monitor inventory levels and communicate with Buyer/Planner on purchasing needs **Leadership: shipping\-receiving** **associates:** * Ensure application of Safety, environmental and hygiene and support central initiatives.
