This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing Bakery Managers and leaders, growing sales, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and ensuring each bakery consistently operates to brand standards. The District Manager serves as a coach, leader, and business partner to their bakery teams. The ideal candidate is someone who can build strong relationships, hold teams accountable, identify opportunities, and develop leaders while creating a positive, high\-performing culture.
