**Accountant** ASTRAL TOYOND INC \| Chino, California \| Full\-time, on\-site Annual base salary: $70,000\-$100,000, depending on relevant experience and skills. About the role ASTRAL TOYOND INC is seeking an Accountant to independently coordinate day\-to\-day accounting for three related U.S. companies. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports. The role requires accurate records, timely reconciliations and reporting, and clear communication with management and Chinese\-speaking colleagues. Responsibilities \- Maintain separate, accurate accounting records and supporting documentation for each company in QuickBooks. \- Manage day\-to\-day bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable records, journal entries, and bank and credit card reconciliations. \- Coordinate month\-end close and prepare financial reports for management review. \- Reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain clear records between the companies. \- Prepare payroll information and ADP inputs for management approval; payroll submission and payment authorization remain subject to the Company's approval process. \- Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisers, and provi...
