Position Summary We are looking for a highly organized Accounting Manager with experience in construction accounting. The ideal candidate must be able to manage the day\-to\-day accounting operations while ensuring accurate billing, job costing, and compliance with owner and subcontractor requirements. Responsibilities * Process owner pay applications (AIA and municipal pay apps) * Prepare and submit lien releases * Process subcontractor pay applications * Accounts Payable * Accounts Receivable * Job costing * Monthly billing * Reconcile bank and credit card accounts * Payroll processing and payroll reporting * Track change orders * Monitor project budgets and costs * Assist with month\-end and year\-end close * Prepare financial reports for ownership * Maintain vendor files, W\-9s, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation * Coordinate with project managers and estimators Qualifications **Required** * 5\+ years of accounting experience * Construction accounting experience * Experience processing owner pay applications * Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable background * Experience with lien waivers and releases * Excellent attention to detail * Strong Microsof...
