**Become a part of our caring community** ========================================= The Senior Financial Analytics Professional manages data to support and influence decisions on day\-to\-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues. The Senior Financial Analytics Professional is responsible for leading data analysis, validation, and CMS reporting for Individual Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits. This role will own supplemental benefit data logic, including integration of data across multiple vendors and systems, and will support the end\-to\-end management of data used for regulatory reporting, actuarial pricing, and financial forecasting. This role will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of supplemental benefit data for actuarial applications. Responsibilities include managing data inputs used in pricing and forecasting, monitoring emerging experience, and producing monthly Actual\-to\-Expected (A2E) reporting to support internal performance management, variance analysis, and trend reporting.
